Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této práce je odkrýt pozadí dosud neznámého případu politického procesu s údajnou skupinou, provádějící protistátní činnost. Hlavní postavou této skupiny měl být JUDr. Bohdan Kadlec. Díky dochovaným dokumentům lze poskládat mozaiku celého procesu od zatčení,výslechy,odsouzení, výkon trestu až po rehabilitaci a odškodnění. To celé je vloženo do kontextu s historií sociální demokracie, ve které se Bohdan Kadlec politicky angažoval a v kontextu historických událostí té doby. V závěru jsou zmíněny známé procesy a také metody využívané komunistickou justicí v politických procesech.

Abstract:

The main objective of this work is to uncover the background of a hitherto unknown case of the political process with the alleged group, performing sedition. The main character of this group had to be allegedly JUDr. Bohdan Kadlec. Thanks of preserved documents can be compound mosaic the whole process from arrest, questioning, conviction, execution of a sentence to rehabilitation and compensation. This whole is placed in the context of the history of social democracy in which the Bohdan Kadlec politically engaged and in the context of historical events of that time. In conclusion are discussed known processes and methods used by Communist justice in political processes.
