Bakalářská práce se v první části věnuje teoriím z oblasti neziskového sektoru, sportu a rozpočetnictví aby došlo k přiblížení prostředí, ve kterém působí Česká rugbyová unie. Dále se práce věnuje stručné historii ragby, ve světě i v České republice, jejíž proces ovlivnil momentální stav českého ragby. This bachelor thesis is focused on theory of non-profit sector, sport and budgeting in first part, to acquaint enviroment in which Czech rugby union operate. Next part contains world anc czech rugby history and the whole process which affected condition of czech rugby.
