Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se soustředí na problematickou část společenského styku jak v hotelnictví, tak v reálném životě člověka. Práce pojímá stolničení a stolování jak z pohledu pracovníka, tak z pohledu zákazníka.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is devoted to problematic parts of social contact in the Hospitality sector, as well as in the real life. My work focuses on table setting and dining and describes the principles of social behavior from the perspective of an employee in the hotel and a customer as well.
