From the history of guilds in Nové Veselí

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá historií cechů v Novém Veselí v kontextu dějin městyse. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První kapitola je věnována historii Nového Veselí od jeho založení až do konce 19. století. V druhé kapitole objasňuji vznik a vývoj cechů, jejich účel a strukturu až do zrušení v roce 1860. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na vznik cechů a jejich každodenní život v Novém Veselí. Závěr práce shrnuje získané poznatky. Součástí práce jsou také přílohy z archivních materiálů a dochovaných památek z tohoto období.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis deals with the history of guilds In Nové Veselí in the context of town’s history. The paper is divided into three chapters. The first one is dedicated to the history of Nové Veselí from its foundation to the end of the 19th century. In the second chapter, I explain the origin and the development of guilds, their purpose and structure until their abolition in 1860. The third chapter focuses on the establishment of guilds and their everyday life in Nové Veselí. The conclusion summarises the obtained knowledge. The work also includes appendices from archival materials and preserved monuments from this period.
