Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2020.Bakalářská práce se věnuje vyhodnocení situace v oblasti vzdělání v České republice. Srovnává ji s průměrem zemí EU28, státy V4 a Skandinávskými státy. Celá práce je navázána na strategii Evropské unie Evropa 2020. Věnuje se především dílčímu cíli strategie, který sleduje podíl terciárně vzdělaných osob ve věku 30 až 34 let. Teoretická část je zaměřena na samotnou strategii, její dílčí cíle a vize. Praktickou část tvoří statistické srovnání sledovaných celků v oblasti terciárního vzdělání a analýza jejich časových řad. Bylo zjištěno, že se pozice České republiky nachází pod průměrem EU28 i V4. Z toho důvodu jsou v poslední části práce uvedeny predikce sledovaného cíle strategie pro Českou republiku a Evropskou unii do roku 2025 se zaměřením na období, kdy by se časová řada ČR měla vyrovnat s průměrem EU28.

This bachelor thesis is centred on evaluating the situation regarding the field of education in the Czech Republic. It will compare the educational fields of 28 EU countries, V4 countries, and Scandinavian countries. This comparative effort is related to the EU 2020 strategy. It is focused mostly on the sub goal of the Strategy that controls the population between the ages of 30-34 with a higher education. The theoretical part of this work will be focused on the Strategy itself, its goals and overall vision. The practical part will include statistical comparisons of controlled persons within the higher education field and their educational journeys. As it turns out, the indicators in the Czech Republic are lower than those average indexes of the EU-28 and the V4 countries. For this reason the final parts of this work will be focused on predicting the goals of the Strategy within the Czech Republic and within the EU to be implemented before 2025, and the most attention will be given to the time frame within which the Czech Republic should theoretically align with the average indexes of the EU-28.
