Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat procesy získávání, výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci, zhodnotit stávající stav, určit příležitosti pro zlepšení a navrhnout změny se zaměřením na snížení odchodů zaměstnanců z organizace. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, principy a postupy získávání, výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců s využitím odborné literatury, která se těmito procesy zabývá. V praktické části je představena vybraná organizace, analyzovány procesy získávání, výběru a adaptace zaměstnancům, vyhodnoceno dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci organizace a vypracovány návrhy a doporučení, které by měly přispět ke zlepšení procesů získávání, výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců i ke snížení odchodů zaměstnanců z organizace.

Abstract:

The aim of this master thesis is to analyze the process of selection, acquiring and adaption of employees in the particular company and subsequent evaluation of the current situation therein. These results will then serve as a basis to define any possible opportunities on how to reduce the employee withdrawal from the company. Theoretical part of the thesis includes basic terms, fundamental principles and methods regarding the process of selection, acquiring and adaptation of employees. Practical part consists of the description of the company, analysis of the processes of selection, acquiring and adaptation of the employees, as well as a survey conducted on the company's employees. Synthesis of both the analysis of current situation and survey results serves as a reference point to determine possible suggestions and recommendations, which should contribute towards the improvement of the processes of choosing, acquiring and adapting of employees in the company, and also towards the decrease of the number of employees withdrawing from the company.
