Cílem této práce je výběr optimální metody financování dlouhodobého hmotného majetku, konkrétně strojního zařízení. Práce je zaměřena na leasingové a úvěrové financování. Způsoby financování jsou porovnány pomocí metody diskontovaných nákladů a metody čisté výhody leasingu. Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to choose the optimal method of financing of fixed assets, specifically machinery. The work is focused on leasing and loan financing. Financing mo-dels are compared using the method of discounted costs and the method of net advantage of leasing. Using these above mentioned methods, the ways of accounting and the impact on taxes, we can select the best method of financing …more
