Cílem bakalářské práce je na základě analýzy provozních nákladů podniku stanovit jejich důležitost a navrhnout optimalizace k efektivnějšímu hospodaření podniku.

As an object of this work is to analyze the running costs to determine their importance and propose optimizations for more efficient management of the company.
