Cílem této práce je analyzovat, zda má růst minimální mzdy vliv na míru nezaměstnanosti v České republice, a to pro skupiny obyvatel s různou úrovní nejvyššího dosaženého vzdělání. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou minimální mzdy, jejím vývojem, modely a vybranými empirickými studiemi. V praktické části ověřuji tento vztah pomocí lineárně regresních modelů.
