Abstract:

Tato bakalářské práce popisuje problematiku latentní kriminality. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaká je míra latentní kriminality na vzorku respondentů, výstup z dotazníkového šetření porovnat s dostupnými kriminologickými výzkumy. Zjistit možné důvody a příčiny existence latentní kriminality. Dle autorčina zjištění je míra latentní kriminality ovlivněna především ochotou občanů trestné činy ohlašovat orgánům činným v trestním řízení.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis describes the problem of latent criminality. The aim of the thesis is to find out what is the rate of latent criminality on the sample of respondents, compare the outcomes from the questionnaire survey with the available criminological research. Identify possible reasons and causes of latent crime. Based on the findings, the rate of latent crime is affected by the willingness of citizens to report offenses to law enforcement authorities.
