Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl vyhodnocení vlivu finančního odměňování na motivaci zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku, a nakolik je zaměstnanci přikládána důležitost mzdě a hmotné odměně. Úvodem je pojednáno o teoretických poznatcích týkajících se motivace, procesu motivace, teorii pracovní motivace, zaměřuje se také na odměňování pracovníků, složky odměňování a systémy odměňování.
