Motivation of Seniors to Participate in Freetime Events
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na motivaci seniorů k účasti na zájmovém vzdělávání, konkrétně pak ve Zlínském kraji. Tato práce se skládá ze dvou části, a to teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část popisuje základní pojmy stárnutí, stáří, vzdělávání a motivaci. Praktická část je zaměřena na popis kvantitativního výzkumného šetření.
Abstract:
My bachelor thesis is concentrated on the motivation of seniors to participate in interest education, more specifically in the Zlin region. This thesis consists of two parts, the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part describes the basic terms like anging, old age, education and motivation. The practical part is focused on the decription of quantitative research.
