Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem měření spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. Klade si za cíl zanalyzovat dosavadní systém měření. Součástí práce je také výzkum, který prověří vnímání spokojenosti zaměstnanců z pohledu firemní komunikace, znalosti nastavených cílů, kariérního růstu a dalších interních hledisek. Struktura práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje obecné charakteristice v oblastech řízení lidských zdrojů, problematiky fluktuace či měření spokojenosti zaměstnanců. V této části je popsaná metodika marketingového výzkumu. V praktické části autorka představí vybranou společnost. Na základě získaných dat výzkumu proběhne jejich vyhodnocení a následná interpretace. Autorka navrhne doporučení optimalizace aktuálního systému měření spokojenosti zaměstnanců v dané organizaci.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis deals with the systm of measuring employee satisfaction in a selected organozation. It aims to analyse the existing measurement system. The work also includes research that will test employee satisfaction perceptions from the perspective of corporate communication, knowledge of set goals, career growth and other internal aspects. The structure of the work is divided into theorethical and practical parts. The theorethical section is devoted to general characteristics in the areas of human resources management, fluctuations issues or staff satisfaction measurement. The methodology of marketing research is described in this section. In the practical part, the author introduces the chosen company. Based on the research data obtained, their evaluation and subsequent interpretation will take place. The author will propose recommendations to optimize the current system for measuring employee satisfaction in a given organization.
