Informační povinnost jako prostředek ochrany spotřebitele

The Duty to Inform as a Means of Consumer Protection
Abstract:
Předkládaná diplomová práce analyzuje informační povinnost jako právní nástroj ochrany spotřebitele. Cílem je vyhodnotit současné právní předpisy regulující informační povinnost, jejich efektivitu a systematiku. Autorka dále kriticky hodnotí silné a slabé stránky aktuálního pojetí a budoucího vývoje tohoto prostředku ochrany spotřebitele.
Abstract:
This master thesis provides the analysis of duty to inform as a legal tool of consumer protection. It aims to assess current laws regulating the information duties, their efectivity and systematization. The author further critically evaluates the strenghts and weaknesses of the nowadays approach and of future developments of this means of consumer protection.
