Tato diplomová práce se věnuje uplatnění autonomie vůle a smluvního principu v pracovněprávních vztazích. Práce je rozčleněna do dvou částí. První z nich vysvětluje základní pojmy dané problematiky, především pojmy pracovní právo, pracovněprávní vztahy, anomie vůle a smluvní princip, flexicurita a dále se zaměřuje na způsoby uplatnění autonomie vůle a jejím limitům.
