Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem angažovaností zaměstnanců na pracovišti. Výzkum práce je zacílen na zaměstnance ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem je vyhodnocení, které ze čtyř sledovaných aspektů na základě sebedeterminační teorie jsou nejdůležitější při vytváření angažovanosti zaměstnanců na pracovišti. The diploma thesis focuses on the topic of strengthening employee engagement in the workplace. The aim of the study is to focus on employees of a given organization. The main goal is to evaluate which of the four monitored aspects based on self-determination theory are most important in creating employee engagement in the workplace.
