Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá vlivy práva na americké prezidenty, konkrétně na Johna Adamse, Abrahama Lincolna a Baracka Obamu. Cílem práce je demonstrovat jak právnické vzdělání a praxe ovlivňují chování politiků, zvláště amerických prezidentů, kteří byli původním povoláním právníci.Abstract:
This thesis deals with the influences of law on American presidents, using three exemplary cases of John Adams, Abraham Lincoln, and Barack Obama. The aim of the thesis is to demonstrate how the legal background affects politicians and what is specific to US lawyer-presidents.
