Moje bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem trhu nemovitostí v České republice. V teoretické části se zabývám právem v nemovitostech, historií katastru nemovitostí na českém území a rozdělením nemovitostí. V aplikační části se zabývám analýzou vybraných krajů ústeckého, jihočeského a zlínského. Pomocí komparace provedu porovnání cen nemovitostí v daných krajích. My thesis deals with the development of the real estate market in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part deals with the law in real estate, history of real estate in the Czech Republic and the sorting of properties.
