Abstract:

Nevím, B. Marketingová komunikace poskytovatele gastronomických služeb Samuel’s Burger. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2022. Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na marketingovou komunikaci vybraného poskytovatele gastronomických služeb Samuel’s Burger. Pro získání primárních dat byl zákazníkům rozeslán dotazník, jehož cílem bylo zjistit spokojenost zákazníků s nabízenými službami. Cílem bylo navrhnout zlepšení marketingové komunikace na základě analýzy současné marketingové komunikace bistra, výsledků dotazníku a použité literatury. Byla navrhnuta strategie na podporu návštěvnosti podniku v podobě event marketingu, zlepšení současné digitální marketingové komunikace. Dále byly vytvořeny návrhy propagačních materiálů a placená kampaň na sociálních sítích.

Abstract:

Nevím, B. Marketing communication for provider of gastronomy services Samuel’s Burger. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2022 This bachelor thesis focuses on the marketing communication of a selected catering service provider Samuel’s Burger. To obtain primary data, a survey was sent to customers to determine customer satisfaction with the services offered. The aim was to suggest improvements in marketing communication based on the analysis of the current marketing communication of the restaurant, the results of the survey and the literature used. Strategies were suggested to promote the restaurant in the form of event marketing, improving the current digital marketing communication. In addition, designs for promotional materials and a paid social media campaign were created.
