Abstract:
Tato práce analyzuje vývoj cen energií a nemovitostí a další významná rizika, která ovlivňují cenu nemovitostí při jejich ocenění. Práce má za cíl vytvoření opatření pro modelovou situaci ocenění nemovitosti.
Abstract:
This paper analyses development of price of energy, real estate and other significant risks, which affect real estate prices during the process of valuation. This paper aims to create a measure for a simulated scenario of real estate valuation.
