Abstract:

ANOTACE: Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou protiprávních činů v civilní letecké dopravě, hrozbou terorismu a možnostmi pyrotechnické ochrany před těmito hrozbami. Úvodem se věnuje civilnímu letectví, historii pyrotechniky, vzniku terorismu a aspektům teroristických útoků v letecké dopravě. Tato část je doplněna o legislativní stránku a používané zkratky a akronymy. Praktická část je zaměřena na mezinárodní letiště Václava Havla v Praze – Ruzyni. Snaží se popsat možné způsoby ochrany civilní letecké dopravy se zaměřením na techniku využívanou v současnosti při bezpečnostních prohlídkách v civilní letecké dopravě a úlohu pyrotechnické ochrany v civilním letectví s využitím speciálních pyrotechnických prostředků. Závěr práce se věnuje nutnosti vývoje nových bezpečnostních prostředků a jejich zdokonalováním s ohledem na zvyšování odbornosti teroristů a možností použití nových nebezpečnějších prvků k nepředvídatelným útokům.

Abstract:

ANNOTATION This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of illegal acts in civil aviation, the threat of terrorism and the possibilities of pyrotechnic protection against the aforementioned threats. The introduction deals with civil aviation, the history of pyrotechnics, the origin of terrorism and aspects of terrorist attacks in air transport. This part is supplemented with a legislative page, abbreviations, and acronyms used. The practical part is focused on the international airport Václav Havel in Prague - Ruzyně. It tries to depict possible ways of protection of civil aviation with a focus on the currently used technique during security inspections in civil aviation as well as the role of pyrotechnic protection in civil aviation using unique pyrotechnic means. The conclusion of the thesis deals with the necessity to develop new security means and their improvement with respect to terrorists steadily increasing expertise and the possibility of using new and more dangerous elements to unpredictable attacks.
