Innovation in a social enterprise

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá inovacemi v sociálním podniku. Pro tuto práci byl zvolen Azylový dům pro rodiče s dětmi v Třinci, který spadá pod Centrum sociální pomoci Třinec, příspěvková organizace. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit inovační aktivity a navrhnout novou inovaci ve vybraném sociálním podniku. Použité metody výzkumu jsou dvě, a to dotazníkové šetření mezi klienty organizace a rozhovor s vedoucí azylového domu. Jelikož z dotazníkového šetření nevzešla žádná doporučení na inovaci, je čerpáno z rozhovoru. Vznikají tak tři návrhy inovací – vybudování kočárkárny, instalace čipového zařízení na vstupní dveře budovy a vybavení prostor budovy nástěnnými deskami pro děti.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with innovation in a social enterprise. A shelter for parents with children in Třinec, which belongs to the Social assistance center Třinec, a state-funded institution, was chosen for this work. The goal of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate innovation activities and propose a new innovation in a chosen social enterprise. The research methods used are two, namely a questionnaire survey among the organization's clients and an interview with the head of the shelter. As no recommendations for innovation emerged from the questionnaire survey, it is drawn from the interview. This creates three proposals for innovations – the construction of a carriage house, the installation of a chip device on the entrance door of the building and the equipping of the building premises with wall boards for children.
