Brokerage insurance market - Economic efficiency in terms of the size of brokerage firms

Abstract:

Práce popisuje fungování makléřského obchodu. Snaží se zachytit jeho proměnlivost a vývoj. Determinanty ovlivňující úspěšnost makléřských firem a jejich finančních zprostředkovatelů. Pakliže bude spokojený zprostředkovatel, jakožto tvůrce hodnoty firmy, bude se do velké míry dařit i dané firmě. Popisujeme tedy nejen postavení firem, jejich velikost, ekonomickou stabilitu, ale zaměřujeme se též na komfort zprostředkovatelů. Znalosti synergií mezi zprostředkovateli, makléřskou firmou, způsobu fungování, podpory a stanovování provizí či marží v tak konkurenčním prostředí, kterým je makléřský trh.

Abstract:

The thesis describes the functioning of the brokerage business. It tries to capture its variability and development. Determinants affecting the success of brokerage firms and their financial intermediaries. If the broker, as a creator of the firm's value, is satisfied, the firm will also prosper to a large extent. We therefore not only describe the position of firms, their size, and economic stability, but also focus on the comfort of intermediaries. Knowledge of the synergies between intermediaries, brokerage firms, the way they operate, support and set commissions or margins in such a competitive environment, which is the brokerage market.
