Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje návrhu nové šestipodlažní administrativní budovy s podzemními garážemi s využitím stávajícího vjezdu budovy ČKAIT (Česká komora autorizovaných inženýrů a techniků činných ve výstavbě) v Praze. Jedná se o přístavbu samostatně stojící administrativní budovy umístěné do dvorního traktu stávající zástavby. První podzemní podlaží a první nadzemní podlaží slouží pro parkování osobních automobilů. Ostatní nadzemní podlaží slouží pro administrativu a zasedací sál. Výstupem práce je projektová dokumentace pro stavební povolení budovy navržené podle platných norem ČSN společně s přílohami o statickém posouzení hlavních částí nosných konstrukcí a o posouzení skladeb na prostup tepla a kondenzaci vodních par. Texty byly napsány v programu Microsoft Word 2016, výpočty byly provedeny pomocí programu Excel 2016 a statických programů Fin 3D 2021 a Scia Engineer 2021. Výkresy byly nakresleny v programech AutoCAD 2016, Archicad 24 a Cadkon+ Architecture. Pro posouzení tepelné techniky byly využity programy Teplo 2017 EDU a Area 2017 EDU

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the design of a new six floor administrative building including underground garage while using the current entrance of ČKAIT (Czech chamber of authorized engineers and technicians in construction) building in Prague. It is an extension of a separate administration building located in the courtyard part of the current building area. The first underground and the first above ground floors are used for the parking of the cars. The other above ground floors are used for the administration and a conference hall. The outcome of this thesis is a project documentation for the building permission of the building designed according to the applicable standards ČSN together with the attachments about static assessment of the main parts of the load bearing construcitons and an assessment of the compositions for heat transfer and water vapour condensation. The texts were written in the programme Microsoft Word 2016, the calculations were performer by the programme Microsoft Excel 2016 and the statistics programmes Fin 3D 2021 and Scia Engineer 2021. The drawings were created in the programmes AutoCAD 2016, Archicad 24 and Cadkon+ Architecture. For the evaluation of the thermic technology were used the programmes Teplo 2017 EDU and Area 2017 EDU.
