The Proposal for Inventory Management Optimization in a Selected Branch of the Pharmacy Network
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci skladových zásob vybrané pobočky lékárny řetězce Dr. Max s cílem posouzení současného stavu řízení zásob a návrhu k jeho zlepšení s přesahem použití na ostatní pobočky lékáren sítě Dr. Max. V této práci se navrhují řešení, která zlepší zejména propojenost e-shopu a kamenných lékáren, čímž se zefektivní i procesy řízení zásob na lékárně.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focused on the optimization of warehouse stocks of a selected branch of the pharmacy chain Dr. Max with the aim of assessing the current state of inventory management and a proposal for its improvement with the application extending to other branches of pharmacies of the Dr. Max.
