Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce s názvem „Firemní kultura jako faktor prosperity firmy“ je analyzovat a specifikovat firemní kulturu podniku Lincoln CZ, s.r.o., zjistit její případné nedokonalosti a nalézt zlepšující opatření, jejichž realizací bude společnosti umožněno maximalizovat prosperitu. Práce je zaměřena jak na teoretickou, tak na praktickou stránku podnikové kultury. Teoretická část práce, vypracovaná v kapitolách 2 a 3, popisuje pojem prosperita, definuje základní prvky firemní kultury a zabývá se jejich vzájemným působením. V praktické části, která je zpracována v kapitolách 4 – 6, je pozornost zaměřena na danou problematiku, znázorněnou na příkladu konkrétní společnosti Lincoln CZ, s.r.o. Praktická část je doplněna o průzkum současného stavu firemní kultury, umožňující ověřit stanovené hypotézy. Zhodnocení získaných dat a navržení příhodných řešení zjištěných nedostatků povede k vyššímu sdílení cílů členy organizace a tudíž k narůstajícímu úspěchu podniku.

Abstract:

The subject of the thesis entitled "Corporate Culture as a Factor of Company's Prosperity" is to analyze and specify corporate culture of the Lincoln CZ Ltd. company, furthermore, to determine possible imperfections as well as to find measures for an improvement. Implementation of these measures will lead to growth of the company's prosperity. The work is focused both on theoretical and practical aspects of a corporate culture. The theoretical part, which describes a concept of prosperity, defines basic elements of a corporate culture and considers their mutual functioning, is elaborated in chapters 2 and 3. The practical part, elaborated in chapters 4 – 6, focuses on the issues exemplified by the particular company – Lincoln CZ Ltd. The practical part is complemented by a survey depicting the present state of the Lincoln CZ's corporate culture that facilitates verification of the hypothesis established in the theoretical part. Evaluation of the retrieved data and proposals for convenient solutions for identified deficiencies will lead to sharing of objectives by all members in the organization and therefore to the growing success of the company.
