Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jaké jsou postoje vysokoškolských studentů k podnikání, jejich motivy a překážky, které jim brání v založení si vlastního podniku. V práci byl zkoumán vliv rodinného podnikání na podnikatelský záměr. Dále se práce zabývala zájmem studentů o aktivity podporující podnikavost a podnikání. Cílovou skupinou byli studenti Univerzity Jana Evangelisty Purkyně (dále UJEP) bakalářského i magisterského programu vzdělávání. Sběr dat probíhal za pomocí dotazníkového šetření, kterého se zúčastnilo celkem 347 studentů. Získaná data byla vyhodnocena popisnou statistikou a za pomocí statistického testu chí kvadrátu, který byl použit např. ke zjištění vztahu mezi podnikatelským záměrem a podnikáním rodičů i rodinných příslušníků. Použit byl také Kruskal-Wallisův test ke zjištění, zda se motivy a bariéry liší napříč fakultami. Bylo zjištěno, že míra ochoty studentů podnikat je vyšší (26 %) ve srovnání s minulými studiemi na UJEP. V práci byly navrženy možnosti, které mohou přispět rozvoji formálního (univerzitního) vzdělávání v oblasti podnikání na univerzitě, a tím podpořit podnikání jako budoucí kariérní volbu.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor thesis was to find out what are the attitudes of university students to entrepreneurship, their motives, and barriers that prevent them from starting their own business. The work examined the influence of a family business on the business plan. Furthermore, the work dealt with students' interest in activities supporting entrepreneurship and business. The target group was students of the UJEP bachelor's and master's education programs. Data collection was performed using a questionnaire survey, which was taken by a total of 347 students. The obtained data were evaluated by descriptive statistics and using a chi-square statistical test, which was used, for example, to determine the relationship between the business plan and entrepreneurship of parents and family members. The Kruskal-Wallis test was also used to determine if motives and barriers differed across faculties. It was found that the student's willingness to do business is higher (26 %) compared to previous studies at UJEP. The thesis suggested possibilities that can contribute to the development of formal (university education) in the field of entrepreneurship at the university, and thus support entrepreneurship as a future career choice.
