Financing of minicipal projects by commercial banks
Abstract:
Diplomová práce mapuje nabídku úvěrových produktů municipalitám na financování jejich investičních projektů. Analyzuje trh úvěrových produktů a služby, které poskytují komerční banky pro municipality. Diplomová práce je dále zaměřena na pohled bank v úvěrování obecních projektů a na úvěrový proces jako celek, včetně vyhodnocení úvěrového rizika.
Abstract:
Thesis maps municipalities offer loan products to finance their investment projects. Analyzes market credit products and services that provide commercial banks for municipalities. The thesis is focused on the eye banks in the lending community projects and the loan process as a whole, including an evaluation of credit risk
