Competency model of a project manager and its development
Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práce jsem se zaměřil na kompetenční model projektového manažera a jeho roli v organizaci. V teoretické jsem popsal teorii projektového řízení, projektové metodiky a přístupy, projektového manažera a jeho kompetenční modely. Cílem praktické části byla analýza reálného kompetenčního modelu a návrh jeho rozvoje.
Abstract:
In my bachelor thesis I focused on the competency model of the project manager and his role in the organization. In theory, I described the theory of project management, project methodologies and approaches, the project manager and his competency models. The aim of the practical part was the analysis of the real competency model and the proposal of its development.
