Sources of Non-current Assets Financing and Their Impact on the Accounting and Tax Area in a Selected Company

Abstract:

Primárnym cieľom bakalárskej práce je vybrať vhodný zdroj financovania dlhodobého hmotného majetku - osobného automobilu, a to z účtovného a daňového hľadiska. V teoretickej časti bakalárskej práce je pomocou literárnej rešerše definovaný dlhodobý majetok, vrátane jeho odpisovania a jednotlivých možností financovania, konkrétne financovanie prostredníctvom úveru a leasingu. V praktickej časti je spracovaná finančná situácia podniku pomocou finančnej analýzy a rozpracované jednotlivé účtovné a daňové dopady úveru, finančného leasingu a samofinancovania. V závere je uvedené odporučenie najvýhodnejšieho spôsobu financovania osobného automobilu, vrátane ponúk od rozličných finančných inštitúcií. Hlavným výsledkom bakalárskej práce bolo reálne obstaranie osobného automobilu vybranou spoločnosťou a konkrétne účtovné a daňové dopady.

Abstract:

The primary aim of the bachelor thesis is the selection of a suitable choice of financing non - current assets - personal vehicle and their impact on the accounting and tax area. The theoretical part is composed of literary research that defines non - current assets, depreciation of assets and sources of financing, specifically loan and leasing. In the practical part, the financial situation of the company is processed using financial analysis and described individual accounting and tax impacts of financing through loan, leasing and self - financing. In the end, there is a recommendation the most advantageous way of financing the vehicle including offers from other financial institutions. The main result of the thesis was the real purchase of the personal car and detailed accounting and tax impacts in a selected company.
