Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou hodnot a práva. Vymezuje pojem hodnota a popisuje hodnoty v postmoderní společnosti. Zabývá se vlivem hodnot v právu při tvorbě, interpretaci i realizaci práva. V empirické části se pokouší shrnout, jak česká společnost hodnotí vybrané aspekty práva: hodnocení činností právních institucí, hodnocení trestů za porušení práva, postojů k právu.
Abstract:
Thesis deals with the values and law. It defines the concept of value and describes the values in the postmodern society. It deals with the influence of values in law in the creation, interpretation and implementation of the law. In the empirical part attempts to summarize how Czech society evaluates selected aspects of the law: evaluation of the activities of legal institutions, evaluation of penalties …more
