Diplomová práce na téma „Zdravotnický personál versus verbálně agresivní pacient“ má za cíl analyzovat zkušenosti zdravotnického personálu s verbálně agresivními klienty. Výzkum byl proveden formou dotazníkového šetření, ze kterého vyplynulo, že většina respondentů se za svoji praxi setkala s agresivními klienty. Především se jednalo o verbální agresi. The goal of this diploma thesis called “Medical staff versus a verbally aggressive patient” is to analyse the experience of medical staff with verbally aggressive clients. The research has been conducted in a form of questionnaire survey from which it can be observed that most of the respondents have experienced aggressive patients during their professional career.
