Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na psychickou zátěž sester z odděleních klinické hematologie. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá definicí základních pojmů, jako je zátěž a stres, práce všeobecné a praktické sestry a klinická hematologie. Praktická část ukazuje výsledky mého kvantitativního průzkumu. The bachelor thesis is focused on the psychological burden of nurses from the departments of clinical hematology. The work is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part dealts with the definition of the basic concepts such as load and stress, the work of general and practical nurses on clinical hematology.
