Abstract:

Diplomová práce má název Interpersonální kompetence předškolních dětí v ústavní výchově v Dětském centru Burešov. Teoretická část objasňuje stěžejní pojmy a je tak významnou předlohou k výzkumné části práce vzhledem k tomu, že pojem interpersonální kompetence je novějšího charakteru. Práce zahrnuje témata jako je vývoj předškolního dítěte, interakce předškolního dítěte v rodině, s vrstevníky a dalším okolím, mateřská škola, její působení na dítě a specifika tohoto období. Důraz je kladen na propojenost pojmů jako jsou sociální a interpersonální kompetence, komunikace a interakce předškolních dětí. V neposlední řadě se práce věnuje specifikám a odlišnostem ústavní výchovy. Empirická část pomocí kasuistik dětí z DC Burešov konkrétně popisuje problematiku interpersonálních kompetencí těchto dětí. Cílem výzkumu je zodpovědět otázky týkající se např. toho, jak děti v ústavní výchově na Burešově komunikují, jak se chovají k sobě navzájem, jak si uvědomují dopad svého jednání, jak jsou připraveny na život, který je čeká, až se dostanou do školy, do zájmových kroužků, apod.

Abstract:

This master thesis deals with the interpersonal skills of pre-school children under the institu-tional care of Burešov Children's Center. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the key terms and thus constitutes an important basis for the research part, considering the relative novelty of the "interpersonal skills" concept. The topics covered include the pre-school child ontogenesis, the interactions of a pre-school child inside a family, within a group of peers and in other environments, the behavior of a child in nursery school and other specifics of the pre-school period. Special attention is paid to the interconnection of concepts such as social and interpersonal skills, communication and interactions of pre-school children. The thesis also concerns the specifics and distinctive attributes of institutional care. The empiri-cal part of the thesis uses case studies of several children from the Burešov center for a thorough analysis of their interpersonal skills. It answers questions concerning the commu-nication among the children under the institutional care at Burešov, their mutual behavior, how do they reflect the impact of their own actions, how well are they prepared for life that awaits them at school, in hobby groups, etc.
