Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kvality života a bolesti u pacientů trpících chronickým selháním ledvin. The thesis deals with the issue of the quality of life and the pain in patients suffering from the chronic renal failure. The theoretical part contains general anatomy and physiology of the kidney, it deals with the etiology, the pathophysiology and the treatment of the disease.
