Development of the Quality Management in the chosen company

Abstract:

Předmětem této diplomové práce je analýza vývoje a aktuálního stavu managementu kvality ve vybraném strojírenském podniku působícím v oblasti automobilového průmyslu. Hlavním cílem je jednoznačně kvantifikovat sledované parametry systému řízení kvality a poskytnout informace pro detailní analýzu v souladu s tvrzením: „Kdo neměří, neřídí“. V teoretické části je zpracována charakteristika systémů řízení kvality z hlediska jejich vývoje, jednotlivých koncepcí, nástrojů ke zlepšování a zvláště pak přístupů k jejich měření. Praktická část práce následně poznatky z teoretické části využívá a zabývá se tvorbou nové metodiky vyhodnocování výkonnosti systému řízení kvality v analyzované firmě. Závěrečná část je věnována analýze kritických parametrů zkoumaného systému pro identifikaci kořenových příčin snížené výkonnosti a navržení nápravných opatření.

Abstract:

The subject of this thesis is the analysis of development and the current situation of the system of quality management in the chosen mechanical engineering company which operates on the field of the automobile industry. The main aim is to accurately quantify the observed parameters of the system of quality management and to provide the information for detailed analysis in accordance with the claim: “Who cannot measure, cannot direct”. In the theoretical part, the characteristic of the systems of quality management is there processed from the point of view of the development, individual approaches to them, tools for their improvement and especially from the approaches to their measuring. The practical part takes the advantage of the information from the theoretical part and deals with the creation of new methodology of evaluation of productivity of the system of quality management in the analysed company. The last part deals with the analysis of the critical parameters of the investigated system for identification of root causes of lowered production and finally corrective steps are proposed.
