Regional disparities in employment programs convicts in Prison in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce je zhodnotit regionální rozdíly v programech zaměstnanosti odsouzených ve věznicích v České republice, respektive zpracovat analýzu činnosti Vězeňské služby v oblasti zaměstnávání a vyhodnotit rozdíly ve vzdělávacích programech na úrovni krajů s ohledem na regionální diferenciace v rámci České republiky. Úvodní část práce bude věnována charakteristice systému Vězeňské republiky ČR, historii zaměstnávání a vzdělávání odsouzených a platné legislativě, kterou se VS ČR řídí. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit regionální rozdíly na trhu práce v České republice, jaké profese v kterých krajích dominují, kde je nejvyšší zaměstnanost, v jakých odvětvích je nejvyšší nabídka volných pracovních míst na Úřadech práce. Dalším úkolem je analyzovat data zaměstnanosti odsouzených ve věznicích pomocí statistik a nakonec komparace zaměstnanosti odsouzených ve věznicích České republiky a regionálních trhů práce. V závěru boudou porovnány veškeré zjištěné hodnoty. Nejvyšší zaměstnanost a nezaměstnanost v krajích ČR, nejvyšší zaměstnanost ve věznicích ČR, a která odvětví Národního hospodářství jsou nejvíce preferována.

Abstract:

The subject of the master thesis is to evaluate regional differences in the programmes of employment of convicted persons in prisons in the Czech Republic, respectively, to handle the analysis of the activities of the prison service in the field of employment, and to evaluate the differences in educational programmes at the level of the regions with regard to regional differentiation in the Czech Republic. The introductory part of the work will be paid to the characteristics of the prison system of the Republic of Czech Republic, history of employment and education for prisoners and the valid legislation of the Czech Republic, which governed. VS The main aim of this work is to identify regional differences on the labour market in the Czech Republic, what profession in which regions dominate, with the highest employment in what sectors is the highest offer of job vacancies on the Labour Offices. The next task is to analyse the employment data the convicts in prisons by using statistics, and finally, the comparison of employment of convicted persons in prisons in the Czech Republic and regional labour markets. At the end of the stall compared all the values. The highest employment and unemployment in the Czech Republic, the highest employment in prisons of the Czech Republic, and which sectors of the national economy are the most preferred.
