Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá agresivitou pacientů vůči zdravotním záchranářům v přednemocniční péči. Teoretická část je zaměřena na agresi, agresivitu a její druhy, konkrétně na agresi proti zdravotním záchranářům, komunikaci záchranáře s pacientem a asertivní jednání. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the aggressiveness of patients towards to the paramedics in pre-hospital care. The theoretical part is focused on aggression and aggressiveness and its types. On aggression against paramedics, rescuer communication with patient and assertive behavior.
