Bakalářská práce objasňuje a analyzuje současnou úroveň procesu vzdělávání čekatelů a strážníků Městské policie hl. m. Prahy. V práci se pojednává o možnosti vytvoření konkrétního jednotného modelu pro vzdělávání strážníků v hlavním městě.
