Primary prevention of crime carried out by police at the elementary schools in the region of Pardubice

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá průzkumem primární prevence kriminality prováděné policí na základních školách v Pardubickém kraji. Úvod teoretické části předkládá historické a teoretické pojetí prevence a vysvětluje jednotlivé pojmy spojené s kriminalitou a jejími příčinami. Závěr teoretické části prezentuje analýzu současného stavu primární prevence prováděné policií v Pardubickém kraji. Cílem práce bylo popsat a analyzovat primární prevenci kriminality dětí a mládeže prováděnou policí na základních školách v Pardubickém kraji. Dále pak navržení vlastního návrhu preventivně vzdělávacího programu s využitím prožitkové pedagogiky. Ke sběru potřebných dat byla použita metoda kvalitativního výzkumu. Zúčastněné pozorování bylo zaměřeno na kvalitu a průběh preventivních programů prováděných Policií ČR a Městskou policií Pardubice.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the research of primary prevention of crime by police in elementary schools in the region. Introduction of theoretical section discusses the historical and theoretical approach of prevention and explains the various concepts which are associated with crime and its causes. Conclusion of the theoretical part presents an analysis of current status of primary prevention by the police in the Pardubice region. The main aim was to describe and analyze the primary prevention of crime carried out by police for children and young people in primary schools in the Pardubice region. The next goal of this thesis was to draft own concept of a preventive educational program using experiential pedagogy. To collect the necessary data was used qualitative research method. Participant observation was focused on quality and progress of prevention programs implemented by the Police and Municipal Police Pardubice.
