Abstract:

Moderní technologie hrají v podnikání důležitou roli a tento trend se každým rokem zvyšuje. Je těžké si představit, že byste většinu obchodních úkolů dělali ručně. Mnoho společností však dosud inovace neaplikovalo a neví, s jakými potížemi se může společnost setkat. Při přijímání inovací může být navíc rozhodující lidský faktor. Tato bakalářská práce si proto vezme toto téma ke studiu a výzkumu efektivnosti, finanční výkonnosti české společnosti a provede průzkum mezi jejími zaměstnanci. Inovace jako nový CRM systém, elektronická správa dokumentů, aktualizovaná organizační struktura byly zavedeny během krize Сovid-19 ve zkoumané společnosti „X“. Dále je sestaven model a korelace, které umožňují dosáhnout cílů práce a prokázat hypotézy. Na základě této studie budou inovace analyzovány a prokážou, zda digitalizace vede k finančnímu úspěchu a spokojenosti zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

Modern technologies play an important role in business and this trend is increasing every year. It is hard to imagine doing most of business tasks manually. However, many companies have not applied innovations yet and do not know what difficulties the company may experience. Furthermore, the human factor can be decisive in the adoption of innovations. Therefore, this Bachelor’s thesis will take this topic for study and research the efficiency, financial performance of the Czech company and conduct a survey of its employees. Innovations such as the new CRM system, electronic document management, updated organizational structure were introduced during the Сovid-19 crisis in the researched company “X”. Further, a model and a correlation are built that allow to reach the goals of the thesis and prove hypotheses. Based on this study, innovations will be analyzed and prove whether digitalization leads to financial success and employees’ satisfaction.
