Abstract:
V bakalářské práci se zabývám specifickými aspekty profesní dráhy současných životních koučů. Zároveň jsem se snažila identifikovat momenty této profesní dráhy, ve kterých se rozhodli, že se stanou kouči. V teoretické části vymezuji pojmy koučování, životní kouč a profesní dráha. In the bachelor thesis I deal with specific aspects of the career path of contemporary life coaches. At the same time, I tried to identify the moments of this career path in which they decided to become a coach. In the theoretical part I define the terms of coaching, life coach and career path.
