Offence as a Public Unlawful Conduct

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na teoreticko-praktickou analýzu skutkové podstaty přestupku proti občanskému soužití podle § 7 odst. 1 písm. a) zákona č. 251/2016 Sb., o některých přestupcích, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, přičemž jako taková má dvě dílčí části. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis focuses on the theoretical-practical analysis of offense against civil coexistence according to paragraph 7 (1)a Act no. 251/2016 Coll. about some offences. The thesis has two goals. The first is to create a methodical procedure for evaluation of the deed. The second goal is recognizing how the administrative authorities in the Czech Republic deals with this offence.
