The factors influencing the decision making of entrepreneurship of the future graduates students of secondary engineering schools and vocational school in Litoměřicko

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá identifikací faktorů ovlivňujících rozhodování o podnikání budoucích absolventů středních odborných škol a učilišť na Litoměřicku. Nejprve práce řeší úvod do dané problematiky a definuje bariéry podnikání dle odlišných pohledů. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření zjišťuje práce názory studentů na vlastní podnikání a analyzuje významné faktory, se kterými se mohou setkat. Na základě výsledků dotazníkového šetření jsou vymezeny významné bariéry, které jsou porovnány s výsledky autorů zabývajících se danou problematikou. Na podkladě aplikovaného šetření lze vyvodit několik pozitivních i několik negativních motivů, podobných práci Jirovské a Beláse, Ključnikova a Smrčka. Jako pozitivní motiv u zaměstnaneckého poměru lze uvést stálý příjem, který je pro respondenty velmi významný, dále je jím například menší odpovědnost a čerpání benefitů a bonusů. Jako pozitivní motiv u podnikání lze uvést volnost v rozhodování podnikatele a možnost vysokého zisku. Naopak jako negativní motiv lze u podnikání uvést vysokou odpovědnost a vysoké daně. Největší jistotu v zaměstnaneckém poměru spatřují studenti v jistotě stálého příjmu. Z šetření lze vyvodit, že mezi studenty zkoumaných škol neexistuje statisticky významný rozdíl ve vybraných názorech na podnikání.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the identification of factors influencing the decision-making on the business of future graduates of secondary vocational schools and apprentice school in Litoměřice. First, the thesis deals with the introduction to the issue and defines the barriers of business from different perspectives. Using a questionnaire survey, the thesis surveys students' opinions on their own business and analyzes important factors they may encounter. Based on the results of the questionnaire surfy are defined barriers, which are compared with the results of the authors dealing with the issue. Based on the applied survey, several positive and several negative motives can be deduced, similar to the work of Jirovská and Beláse, Ključnikov and Smrčka. As a positive motivation for employment, we can mention a steady income, which is very important for respondents, such as less responsibility and drawing on benefits and bonuses. As a positive motive for entrepreneurship can be mentioned the entrepreneur's discretion and the possibility of a high profit. On the contrary as a negative motive for business can be mentioned a high level of responsibility and high taxes. The greatest certainty in employment is seen by students in the assurance of constant income. From the surfy can be deduced that there is no statistically significant difference in opinion on entrepreneurship among the students of the examined schools.
