Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl zhodnotit a zanalyzovat problematiku prevence korupce u příslušníků ozbrojených složek. Pomocí primární a sekundární analýzy dokumentů charakterizuje korupci, její legislativní stránku, prevenci a vyšetřování. The bachelor thesis aims to evaluate and analyze the issue of corruption prevention in members of the armed forces. Using primary and secondary analysis of documents, the thesis characterizes corruption, its legislative side, prevention and investigation.
