Abstract:
Stěžejním tématem mé bakalářské práce je domácí vězení. Toto téma jsem si vybral zejména pro jeho aktuálnost a spojení s trestním právem, které jsem ve 2. ročníku absolvoval. Majoritním cílem mé bakalářské práce je porozumění dané problematice a objasnění některých specifikací ohledně trestu domácího vězení.
Abstract:
The main topic of my bachelor thesis is house arrest. I chose this topic especially for its topicality and connection with criminal law, which I passed in the second year. The main goal of my bachelor thesis is to understand the issue and to clarify some specifications regarding the house arrest.
