Creditworthiness and development of the municipality Uničov

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je analýza hospodaření a posouzení bonity města Uničov v letech 2015 až 2019, kdy v souvislosti s finančními ukazateli je posouzen také rozvoj města. Na zádladě zjištěných skutečností jsou městu navrženy doporučení ke zlepšení hospodaření a rozvoj v dalším období. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy a modely. V praktické části je představeno město Uničov a provedeny vybrané analýzy a metody. Ke zpracování diplomové práce je využita metoda deskripce dat z interních materiálů města Uničov v letech 2015 až 2019 a veřejně dostupných zdrojů, metoda analýzy, komparace a rešerše odborné literatury.

Abstract:

The aim of diploma thesis is to analyze the management and assessment of the creditworthiness of the municipality of Uničov in the years from 2015 to 2019, when in connection with financial indicators is also assessed the development of the municipality. Based on the findings reconmendations are proposed to the municipality to improve management and development in the future. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts and models. The practical part indroduces the municipality of Uničov and selected analyzes and methods. The method of desctiption data from internal materials of the municipality of Uničov in the years from 2015 to 2019 and publicly available sources, method of analysis, comparison and search of professional literature are used in the diploma thesis.
