The Business Plan for the Establishment of a Restaurant

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování proveditelného podnikatelského záměru na založení nového restauračního zařízení. První část bakalářské práce má teoretický charakter, který obsahuje poznatky a definice, jež jsou v druhé části práce aplikovány do samotné tvorby podnikatelského záměru. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení nejdůležitějších pojmů spojených s podnikáním, představení všech právních forem podnikání a stanovením cílů podniku. Zabývá se rovněž historií světové gastronomie, na kterou navazují moderní trendy gastronomie. V závěru teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé kapitoly podnikatelského záměru. Praktická část se pak zabývá samotnou realizací podnikatelského záměru Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je zjištění, zdali má podnikatelský záměr restauračního zařízení Volcano, při současném stavu ekonomiky (září 2019) šanci na úspěšnou realizaci.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the compilation of a quality and feasible business plan to establish a new restaurant facility. The first part of the thesis has a theoretical character, which contains knowledge and definitions that are applied in the second part of the work to the business plan itself. The theoretical part is devoted to the definition of the most important concepts associated with business, the presentation of all legal forms of business and setting goals of the company. It also deals with the history of world gastronomy, which is followed by modern trends in gastronomy. At the end of the theoretical part are described individual chapters of the business plan. The practical part deals with the realization of the business plan itself. The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out whether the business plan of the Volcano restaurant has a chance of successful realization in the current state of economy (September 2019).
