Diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem státu a práva v Rusku v období od poloviny 19. století do přelomového roku 1917. Popisuje reformní snahy cara Alexandra II. a jejich následné potlačení. Zaměřuje se na popis událostí během ruských revolucí v letech 1905 a 1917 a na důsledky, které způsobily. The Dissertation deals with the evolution of the Russian state and law from the middle of the 19th century until the crucial year of 1917. It describes the attempts at reform by Tsar Alexander the second and their subsequent abolishment.
