Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou seskupení pro účely DPH a poskytování přeshraničních služeb uvnitř skupiny v rámci Evropské unie, identifikuje přístup a hlavní problematiku přijatého právního rámce EU na úrovni národních právních předpisů České republiky, Slovenska a Maďarska.
Abstract:
This thesis describes issue of the VAT Grouping and cross-border intragroup services within European Union and to identify approach and main challenges of adopted EU legal framework into the national legislation of the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.
